Vegan Croquettes
Healthy, wholesome, varied, and nutritious
Some call it a lifestyle, others define it as an ideology.
Vegans avoid consuming or using any kind of product of animal origin — whether food, clothing, or other goods.
Their ethical framework is based on humanitarian, ecological, and moral considerations.
They oppose animal labor, circuses, aquariums, and zoos.
A strictly vegan diet often requires supplementation to replace nutrients typically obtained from animal sources.
Vegetarian diets, on the other hand, also exclude meat and fish but allow honey, eggs, milk, and dairy products.
Before adopting a vegan diet, it’s advisable to consult medical professionals or nutrition experts.
There are many delicious vegan croquette options: mushrooms, leeks, porcini, spinach, pumpkin, truffle, onion, seitan, cauliflower, coconut milk, curry...
Seitan
Plant-based meat for vegans and vegetarians
It’s made from wheat gluten, separating it from the dough and discarding the starch. It’s seasoned with soy sauce, seaweed, and ginger.
Its origins can be traced back to traditional Chinese and Japanese cuisine.
Plant-based meat is not suitable for people with celiac disease.
It can be eaten fried, stewed, roasted, breaded, or battered.
High in protein and low in fat. Excellent for muscle health with very few calories.
If you’re vegan or vegetarian, seitan croquettes are “your favorite kind of meat… plant-based.”
